Terms of Service All designs are ultimately decided to the designers discretion. 1 Modification is Included with Logo, Flyer, or Business Card Design and any Digital Design. Services are paid upfront and non-refundable. Remakes are an additional charge per item price. Design Fees, Digitizing Fee, or labor costs are non-refundable. Services are non-refundable. All information and pictures must be included for each custom job. Colors may vary from the original. |
Fundraisers and Donations Terms All Donations are used to the discreation of the company. Donations are used to fortify and support the company growth in creative assets otherwise digital and tangible. Donations also assist in the progression of projects, programs, and classes offered by CLO Design and Education. Donations/Gifts Are understood to be givin in good faith and require no direct obligation to given funds unless determined otherwise in separate terms agreed by the company. |

Education Terms of Service Courses offered by CLO Design and Education are from Licensed and Certified Instructor(s). Educational Videos, Products, Books, and Tools are for the enhancement of overall learning. CLO Design and Education Is not responsible for any measure or mark of learning. Tools are intended for individual, casual learning, and or learning enhancement. CLO Design and Education takes no responsibility for expected outcomes of state exams or certification exams or any of the like. Training videos are for the learning of specific skill sets or knowledge, which is determined by the student/learner/client. Training is self paced. Additional access via digital platforms are based on the instructor(s) schedule. CLO Design and Education is founded on the creation of original assets and tools for a unique learning experience. |
